Customer leaks, frozen water lines

We are asking our customers to check their lines for water leaks. As the temperature is rising there will be water leaks from frozen water lines cracking. We want to ensure everyone remains in water and excessive leaks can create low pressure across the system. If you have questions please contact the offic at 903-485-5811.
Low Pressure Fluctuating beginning 1/4/26

Beginning 1/4/26 we will be doing a restoration on our large storage tank. You may notice low pressure fluctuations at times. It will take approximately 3-4 weeks to restore the tank depending on the weather. If you experience complete water loss please contact the office. We apologize for the inconvenience.
